Since 1996
Decades of Experience.
One Name You Can Trust.
Parsons Building & Maintenance is a family run business built on old-fashioned values: turn up when you say you will, do the job properly, and charge a fair price for it.
The Founder
“Top Quality Workmanship From a Highly Skilled Carpenter and Joiner.”
Mark Parsons is a family man with full working knowledge and experience in the building industry since beginning his apprenticeship in 1996, at just sixteen years old. He trained with F P Caine Ltd — a firm with a hundred years of trading behind it — becoming a fully qualified carpenter and joiner over seven and a half years, until the company closed its doors in 2004.
That grounding gave Mark the advantage of working alongside other highly skilled professional tradesmen, renovating and preserving Listed Buildings, churches, National Trust and English Heritage properties, public buildings, care homes and community centres — work that demanded patience and precision most jobs don't.
Those years of experience were the reason to start Parsons Building & Maintenance, and the same standards apply to every job today — whether it's a full renovation or a single repair. As a growing family business with no major overheads, that experience comes without the price tag of a large contractor: estimates and quotations stay competitive, and the workmanship doesn't.
